Terms and Conditions

Your appointments are important to Uno salon.

The appointment is reserved for you when you make a booking with a deposit of $60.

This deposit can be used towards your service on the appointment booked or it can be re-used to reschedule on the day.

Whilst we understand that sometimes scheduled adjustments are necessary and life can be a little unpredictable, we respectfully request that you provide us with 48-hour notice to reschedule/cancel your appointment.

Please understand that when you forget to cancel or reschedule within the time required, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

In the case of cancelling within the 48 hours prior your appointment day, a $60 cancellation fee will apply. The deposit of $60 will be forfeited.

·     Uno salon has a no refund policy.

·     Packages cannot be divided in separate days or have services removed or exchanged.

·     No further discounts will be applied on discounted services or packages.

·     Products that have been purchased and the product seal has been opened / or used it cannot be exchanged.

·     Uno salon is closed on public holidays.

·     Uno salon is closed on Sundays.

·     Uno salon operates by appointment only.

Upon booking a few forms will be sent to you so your can add your details accordingly and Uno salon’s policies.
