A: Monday to Saturday by Appointment. Online booking is preferred. Uno Salon is closed on Public Holidays.

Q: How can I book an appointment?

A: Click Book Now on the website. It will give you the times and dates that are available and is super easy to use.

Q: How do I book a package online?

A: You can book one of our pre-set packages or alternatively, please book the main services you are after and leave a note with any further requests. We can adjust your booking for you once you have completed your online booking. If there are any problems the appointment we will contact you.

Q: Is keratin smoothing treatment permanent straightening?

A: No, all of our services in our services Menu are explained please visit that page for further understanding.  

Q: Can I get a quote over the phone?

A: It is best to come in for a consultation or visit our Services and Pricing page where all prices, services, and time frames are explained.

Q: Why do I need to pay a deposit?

A: Uno Salon is often fully booked well in advance. In order to remain profitable as a business, we need to ensure that all upcoming clients are committed to their allocated appointment time. But don’t worry, deposits are 100% redeemable off the price of your service on the day. Should you need to move/cancel your appointment, we respectfully request that you provide us with 48-hour notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Thank you for understanding.
